1. It's very pretty.
2. If the ground is frozen, the dogs can't track in mud.
3. It makes everything brighter.
4. Once it all melts, springtime will be that much sweeter because we put up with all of this.
5. It's temporary.

Can you tell I'm trying to convince myself? That one warm day ruined me. Now 7 more days of 20s. It's not even cold enough to be "cool". Just 20s and 30s. Yuck.
