to never do NaBloPoMo again. 10 days. jeez. I did better last year I think. I even had the post started, it was called "Happy Veteran's Day" and I never hit 'Submit' before I left for work. I then, obviously, didn't remember this fact until 12:22. Too late. It's probably better this way. I am in an art exchange group and haven't finished my piece to send to Germany yet. I am volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club for their after school program once a week starting on Monday. The next art class that I'm doing starts pretty soon. I'm hosting a birthday party/UFC fight party this saturday and have not cleaned anything, bought presents or even thought about food for it. I'm working a 16 hour shift tomorrow. I have not done a single thing Christmas related yet. And I might have pinkeye. So, my apologies, NaBloPoMo, but this just wasn't the year for you. |

I find challenges with strict rules like that never really do what they're supposed to. You need to find your own organic way of coming up with topics to blog about. Then the posts will just start pouring out. But it is good to have goals to push you not to be a perfectionist and "just post it!" |
